Account Security and Responsibility

The minimum deposit amount on the ben999 platform is ৳500. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, in some cases this may be delayed due to identity verification or a security review.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the specified wagering requirement must be completed first.

5.3 VIP Program

ben999's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold and up to 0.8% at Platinum.

Gaming Rules
